Annual Membership Application 2008-2009

There are two options available to apply for membership to the Keller Athletic Boosters Association. The first option is to select this Keller Athletic Boosters Application Form to download the Adobe Acrobat PDF version, print, complete the form and mail it to the address at the top of the form. The mailing address is also available in the top right of each web site page header.

Please include a check in the amount of fifteen dollars ($15.00) payable to KAB, Keller Athletic Boosters or Keller Athletic Boosters Association with the mailed application.

If you prefer quicker application processing, please follow the directions below to submit the application online. You may select Paypal for immediate payment or mail a check according to the requirements specified above. (available soon)

Members receive the following benefits:

  1. Members receive two (2) large sized “A K" on every Kar in Keller initiative decals;
  2. Members are entitled to vote at Keller Athletic Club meetings;
  3. Members’ KISD senior sons and/or daughters are eligible to apply for Keller Athletic Booster Scholarships, or KISD senior members are eligible to apply for the same scholarships.
